DUBLIN RETREAT Reed Diffuser - Musk, Black Ebony & Amber - Made In Ireland

Made in Ireland by Rathbornes 1488

Musk, Black Ebony and Amber. A woody fragrance inspired by Dublin’s Phoenix Park (Europe's largest urban park), containing musk at the core complemented by fresh violet leaves and spicy top notes of nutmeg and cardamon on a base of cedar wood, black ebony and amber. Aptly named Dublin Retreat, this fragrance will transport you to a retreat in Dublin's Phoenix Park. Surrounded by trees and ferns with masculine notes and sweetness creating  perfect  peace and calmness  in your home.

Candles come in three sizes, Travel, Classic and Luxury (details are listed below). And each candle comes beautifully gift boxed.

Travel - Single wick, 75g, 20hr burn time

Classic - Double wick, 190g, 40hr burn time

Luxury - Four wick, 390g, 50hr burn time

How we came to stock Rathbornes 1488

Stephen met Siobhan (the CEO of Rathbornes 1488) at Maison & Objet Paris, in January 2019 when they exhibited alongside each other with Design Ireland. It was then that we fell in love with Rathbornes 1488 - the most celebrated chandlers of Ireland, and the oldest candle making company in the world.

Since 1488, Rathbornes have, before electricity, lit the streets of Dublin, they have lit up almost every church in Ireland, to this day and they are celebrated across the world for their iconic scents and aromas.
