Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love every piece you find at We Have It Wrapped Up. But if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when received

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: Do not send items back to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons. These include:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)

  • Intimate or personal care items

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

  • Downloadable products

  • Gift cards


Partial Refunds (if applicable)

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted. This includes:

  • Books with visible signs of use

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, vinyl records, or software

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)

  • Returns made after the 30-day window


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email about the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a few days.


Late or Missing Refunds

Still waiting on your refund?

  2. Contact your credit card provider—it may take time to appear

  3. Speak with your bank about processing delays

Sale Items

Only full-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds on sale items.


Exchanges

We’re happy to replace items if they’re defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, we’ll issue a gift credit once the return is received. If it wasn’t marked as a gift, or was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will go directly to them.


Returns Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, return shipping costs will be deducted from the total.

If you're returning an item valued over £75, we recommend using a tracked service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
