Up The Farset by Keith Drury Art
Up The Farset is amongst Keith's most celebrated pieces of work, adorning walls the world over! An assembly of Belfast's most iconic buildings, from the Europa Hotel to City Hall & streets, cranes and bars. The title comes from the Irish for Belfast, Béal Feirste, which translates as 'mouth of the Farset' (the Farset or Feirste one of the many rivers that run under the streets of Belfast).
Every inch of Keith's work tells a story that allows you to place yourself right in the picture...
Each piece of Art is intricately and painstakingly composed, a symphony of buildings, people and time. This unique and captivating ability that places the viewer in the picture themselves is as beguiling as it is true, allowing you to remember that time you were there, and who you were with.
From the stories we hear in Wrapped UP we know that everyone has a memory they can see and feel in one of Keith's pieces. The now iconic telephone box, the clock, the starry night, the murals, the bars, the lovers kissing, there is a thread running through and connecting each piece with you. These bright, colourful and exciting pieces of art are exceptional and will transform any living space with their vibrancy.
